These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the website
www.korihandmade.com. By placing an order, the customer confirms having read,
understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions without reservation.
3. Products
All products sold on this website are handmade jewelry pieces. Due to the handcrafted nature
of the products, slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur. Product photographs
are for illustrative purposes and may not be perfectly identical to the delivered item.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are indicated before order confirmation.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already
confirmed.
5. Orders
An order is considered final once payment has been successfully completed. The seller reserves
the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, payment issues, or incorrect
pricing.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are displayed on the website
during checkout. All transactions are secured through certified payment providers.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Delivery times are

8. Right of Withdrawal

within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs
are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the seller by email before returning
the product.
9. Returns & Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued using the
original payment method, within a reasonable timeframe. No refund will be issued for damaged or
used items.

The seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.
Total liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
